When do you bake?
We bake fresh from Thursday to Saturday each week.
For special orders of S$120 and above, baking may be arranged on other days upon request, subject to availability.
How far in advance should I order?
Please place your order at least 24 hours in advance of your selected pickup day. As we bake in limited quantities, we recommend ordering early to secure your preferred flavours.
Where and when can I collect my order?
Pickup is available at NEX, Serangoon at 6:00 pm, or in the Serangoon Gardens area between 1:00–9:00 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Exact pickup instructions will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We deliver to most locations across Singapore.
Delivery fee: S$12
Minimum order for delivery: S$50
Complimentary delivery: Orders of S$120 and above
Deliveries to Sentosa and selected Tuas locations are subject to an additional S$10 surcharge.
We are unable to deliver to Jurong Island, Changi Airport restricted and cargo areas, military camps, airbases, shipyards, offshore islands and other restricted-access locations.
Free pickup from NEX or Serangoon Gardens is also available.
How long do the cookies keep?

Best enjoyed within 2 days when stored at room temperature in an airtight container.
Then add a little spacing.
NY-Style Sourdough Cookies
Best enjoyed within 4 days when stored at room temperature in an airtight container.
For that soft, gooey texture, microwave for about 10 seconds before serving.
How should I store my cookies?
Keep your cookies in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and heat. For the best experience, follow the recommended shelf life for each cookie type.
Can I reheat the cookies?
Yes. For the best texture, microwave the NY-Style Sourdough Cookie for about 10 seconds before serving. Take care not to overheat it.
Can I choose a less-sweet option?
Yes. Only Dubai Chewie Cookies are available in our Less Sweet version for those who prefer a more balanced sweetness.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products may contain wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and other common allergens, depending on the flavour. Please contact us before ordering if you have any food allergies or dietary concerns.
